Entrepreneurship, Money and Health
"Entrepreneurship is the act of creating a business or businesses while building and scaling it to generate a profit. However, as a basic entrepreneurship definition, it’s a bit limiting. The more modern entrepreneurship definition is also about transforming the world by solving big problems. Like initiating social change, creating an innovative product or presenting a new life-changing solution.
It can even help lower unemployment rates through job creation to help reduce poverty. Entrepreneurship is what people do to take their career and dreams into their hands and lead it in the direction of their own choice. It’s about building a life on your own terms. No bosses. No restricting schedules. And no one holding you back. Entrepreneurs are able to take the first step into making the world a better place, for everyone in it."

I agree with everything this mini-article said which is why I shared it. Being an Entrepreneur is very rewarding. If you open your own business, being able to provide jobs must be so rewarding and if you are like me, and am a one Woman show, not having a boss, supervisor or fellow co-workers micro-managing, is wonderful! The other side of the coin of entrepreneurship is the fear of scarcity and sickness. Walking out of a traditional 9 to 5 can be frightening. You might hate your job, but you know that no matter what, that check is going to be there, on time, every two weeks. Right? That 9 to 5 also provides your Health Insurance. This is why I say, leaving a regular job to start your own business is walking out on Faith! Faith and Planning.
STACK THOSE DOLLARS!
While you are formulating your "breakout" from the 9 to 5, get another bank account just for your business. This money can NOT be touched! Every two weeks when you get paid for one job, you are preparing the way for your Calling. Be aware and honest about everything you need(not want). Don't be afraid of money, it's your friend, get a good relationship with it.
YOUR HEALTH MATTERS
Most people don't like to discuss sickness and death. It isn't a pleasant conversation, but necessary. When you are an Entrepreneur it is imperative that you invest in health programs and Life Insurance, that will cover you if you get sick or hurt. We don't work, we don't get paid. Which means none of our bills, employee's, etc. get paid. And I am sure we all like to eat? We have all seen the commercials with the funny duck, call them or some company like them. Remember that account I told you to create for your business? That money is also for situations like this. It's the gift that keeps on giving.
NOW BACK TO MONEY...
Try not to allow people to scare you about becoming an Entrepreneur. It isn't easy, it can be frustrating but it sure is fun! Weigh your pro's and cons. Write everything out and try not to become overwhelmed by it all. Take it piece by piece and be clear about what is needed and what isn't. What I needed five years ago as an Entrepreneur, I don't need now. But we all need and desire money! lol! Question your relationship with money. Are you afraid of it? Do you not like to talk about it? Do you get nervous? Happy? Why do I ask? Because your relationship with money now, will dictate how you run your business later. The "Ducks in a row" people always know where their money is going and why. They are not perfect, but they ARE prepared. Even if you decide to be an entrepreneur part-time, get your stuff in order. This is going to be the BEST thing you ever did for yourself. Obviously, you have what it takes to be whatever you choose. Just do IT and do IT well. With all of your passion and gifts go and fly! Wishing you peace and love, but mostly Peace!
