That after a while, and it might take a while, like a piece of fruit, the rot from the inside starts to show. We see it all around us. Huge corporations that have been around for some time now, are being derailed, failing, lawsuits abound. Why? Because they forgot the first rule of business: Y our personal feelings are your feelings. But if someone is making money for you or can make money for you...Hire them and keep them.
